Yes. Licenses are tied to a device serial number but can be reassigned to a replacement device (same customer). Just contact us and we'll transfer it within 24 hours.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. SEPA direct debit is available for European customers. For large orders (50+ devices), we also accept bank transfers.
The $200 license includes your first year of service. The $50/year renewal kicks in at the start of Year 2. We'll send a reminder email 30 days before renewal with a summary of your usage.
Your API access is paused, but your data is preserved for 30 days. Renew within that window and everything picks back up seamlessly. Your devices continue to store punches locally and sync when reconnected.
